The Airport Angels Squadron is made up of volunteers who give of their time to make the airport experience more pleasant for our customers. Squadron members are decked out in bright red vests with large "Ask Me" buttons on and are stationed throughout the terminal. If you need information regarding the airport or about our city and state, please feel free to contact one of our helpful, friendly volunteers.
The Airport Special Assistance Program (ASAP) was implemented to provide one-on-one greeting and departure service for those who come from around the world and across the nation to take advantage of the world class medical treatments available in Little Rock.
Travel is often stressful and this is particularly true when a person is not only ill but possibly visiting a city, even country, where they may not have ever been. The Airport Angels Squadron volunteers and airport Customer Care Representatives will meet the person and help ensure that the trip through the airport is a smooth one. This will not only reduce the stress for first time visitors, but will do much to enhance the image of our state and city as caring, welcoming places.
ASAP is another customer service of Little Rock National Airport where the goal is for every person who uses the facility to have an exemplary experience.
If you want to know more about ASAP or the volunteer program at the airport, contact TJ Williams at 372-3439, option 3 for administrative offices.
